Terms and Conditions - Waryhai Photo Booth Hire

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Waryhai's photo booth hire services for weddings, parties, and corporate events in the United Kingdom. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
2.2. The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days before the event date.
2.3. Payments are accepted via bank transfer or approved payment methods specified during booking.

3. Service Delivery

  • We guarantee to arrive at least 60 minutes before the scheduled start time for setup.
  • The hire period begins at the agreed start time, not from setup completion.
  • Additional time may be purchased subject to availability and venue restrictions.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the venue conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

4. Client Obligations

The client must ensure:
- Adequate space for setup (minimum 3m x 3m)
- A power source within 5 meters of the setup location
- Safe and appropriate venue access
- Venue permission for photo booth installation
- Adult supervision for users under 18

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Waryhai retains copyright of all images taken in our photo booths.
5.2. We reserve the right to use images for marketing purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
5.3. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal purposes.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1. We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance.
6.2. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.
6.3. We are not liable for:
- Technical failures beyond our control
- Injury caused by inappropriate use of equipment
- Loss of data due to technical malfunctions

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1. Cancellations more than 90 days before the event: 50% deposit retained
7.2. Cancellations 30-89 days before: 75% of total fee payable
7.3. Cancellations less than 30 days before: 100% of total fee payable
7.4. Force majeure events will be considered separately

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Any disputes shall be governed by English law.
8.2. Parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before legal proceedings.
8.3. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We comply with GDPR and UK data protection laws. Personal data collected during bookings and events is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Image data is stored securely and retained for 30 days post-event unless otherwise agreed.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
